A Registered Physiotherapist with Advanced Expertise

I am a Registered Physiotherapist in Ontario with an extensive academic and clinical background. I completed a dual-degree PhD in Rehabilitation Science and Master of Physiotherapy at McMaster University, in addition to a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Science.

Over the past decade, I have worked closely alongside shoulder surgeons, developing advanced expertise in shoulder rehabilitation, including the management of shoulder arthritis and post-operative recovery. My research has focused on shoulder function, biomechanics, and clinical outcomes, allowing me to integrate cutting-edge scientific evidence into practical, patient-centered care.

Acupuncture and dry needling certification to optimize healing outcomes

I also have specialized training in the assessment and rehabilitation of concussions and vestibular disorders, supporting individuals who experience dizziness, balance impairments, and post-concussion symptoms in safely returning to their daily activities, work, and sport. My treatment approach is further enhanced by certification in acupuncture and dry needling, which I incorporate to help reduce pain, restore mobility, and optimize healing.

Happy Harmony Physio was created to bridge the gap between advanced research and everyday clinical practice. The clinic was designed as a welcoming, patient-focused environment where each individual receives thoughtful assessment, hands-on care, and a carefully tailored rehabilitation plan aligned with their goals and lifestyle.
